1. Overview

BeauEye Vision ("App") values your privacy and complies with applicable privacy laws and regulations. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App accesses and how it is used.

2. Information We Access

Information accessed by the App (item · purpose · location):

• Camera / Photo Library: Used to capture or select an eye photo for Eye-ring implant size measurement. Analysis runs on your device; the photo is never sent to external servers.
• Measurement records (optional):When you complete an analysis, the eye-region image and iris-ratio (HVID) measurement are stored encrypted in your browser's localStorage. Up to 20 records are kept; retention is described in §3 below.
• UI preferences: Language, theme, and consent state — not personal information.

3. Processing · Retention · Deletion

• All image analysis runs on-device using Google MediaPipe Face Landmarker.
• No external communication:The face-recognition model and WASM library are served directly from BeauEye's own host (beaueye-vision-analyzer.vercel.app); the app does NOT contact external CDNs (Google, jsDelivr, etc.) at runtime. Model integrity is verified at build time via SHA-256 hash.
• Retention:Measurement records are kept encrypted on-device for up to 90 days, then automatically deleted (PIPA Article 21 — deletion upon purpose fulfillment). Immediate deletion is available via the [Withdraw consent & erase data] button in §8.
• Transient analysis data:If you don't save the result, the analyzed data is cleared from memory as soon as you close the page. Saved records follow the retention policy above.
• Photos and measurement results are never uploaded to any BeauEye Vision server — the app has no operational backend.

4. Third-Party Sharing

BeauEye Vision does not share your personal information with third parties. Your photos, measurements, and consent state are never transmitted externally. The only host the app contacts is its own origin (for static-asset delivery).

BeauEye Vision does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14 years of age. If you are under 14, please obtain consent from a parent or guardian before using this App.

7. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect changes in laws or our services. Any changes will be communicated through the App or this page.

8. Your Rights — Withdraw Consent & Erase Data

Under PIPA Article 22 (Korea) and GDPR Article 7(3), you may withdraw consent at any time. The button below immediately erases all measurement records and consent data stored on this device.
