These Terms of Service govern the use of the BeauEye Vision app (the "Service") provided by BeauEye Vision Co., Ltd. (the "Company"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

• "Service" refers to the BeauEye Vision app and all Eye-ring implant sizing and related features provided through it.
• "User" refers to any person who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
• "Eye-ring" refers to the medical implant product for iris enhancement surgery.

3. Service Description

The Company provides the following services:

• Eye analysis using camera or gallery images
• Iris-to-eye ratio measurement
• Eye-ring implant size recommendations
• Implant simulation features
• Other services developed or provided through partnerships

4. Service Usage

• The Service is provided free of charge.
• No account registration is required to use the Service.
• The Service is available on mobile devices with internet connectivity.

5. Medical Disclaimer

• Measurement results and recommendations provided by the Service are for reference only and do not replace medical diagnosis or prescription.
• Decisions regarding actual Eye-ring implant surgery and sizing must be made after consultation with a qualified medical professional.
• The Company is not responsible for medical decisions made based on the Service's measurement results.

6. User Obligations

Users must not engage in the following activities:

• Interfering with the stable operation of the Service
• Using the Service in violation of laws or public order
• Damaging others' reputation or infringing on their rights
• Unauthorized commercial use of the Service
• Reverse engineering, copying, modifying, or distributing the Service

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, technology, designs, and trademarks included in the Service are the intellectual property of the Company. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or commercially use these without prior written consent from the Company.

8. Service Changes and Interruption

• The Company may change all or part of the Service after prior notice for service improvement.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
